The Scholarship Masterclass

In our commitment to empowering athletes beyond competition, Paragon sponsored three young athletes to participate in the Scholarship Masterclass, a virtual learning experience hosted by AFM Stories.

The session was led by a two time international scholarship recipient based in the UK, who shared real strategies, success stories, and actionable steps on how athletes can access global educational opportunities both within and beyond sports

Through this class, our athletes learned about:

• Profile building and scholarship applications
• Alternative routes to education beyond athletics
• Personal branding and storytelling for success
• Live Q&A with practical insights on positioning themselves internationally

This initiative was more than just a training session it was a mindset shift. It reminded our athletes that their dreams can take different shapes that scholarships, education, and global opportunities are within reach when they are informed, prepared, and proactive.
